Personal Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Be active on gym floor.
2. Build rapport with customers.
3. Personal individual trainer to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
4. Help with posture correction.
5. Assist members with personalized workout/diet plan.
6. Assist members in solving medical conditions.
7. Should be able to work with people of all ages.
8. Should be able to demonstrate the workouts and routines in a proper manner.
9. Should be knowledgeable of correct form of all workout techniques.
10. Ensure clients do not have any injuries caused by/ during workout.
11. Monitor client’s progress and adapt programs as need be.
