Zumba is a dance and fitness program created by a Columbian dancer and choreographer. It is a combination of fast and slow movements based on the rhythms. This dance and fitness form is a great form for toning and sculpting your body. In one Zumba class you could burn up to 600 calories. Zumba is a program that can be done by anyone from beginners to fitness experts.

HOW IS IT DONE

We conduct a training program in Zumba by a trained and certified specialist. The program will be conducted by a professional who will conduct the 1-2 hour session at your location. For this program you will not need any equipment or material just some space depending on the number of attendees. However this can be customized or even clubbed with any of the other offerings as per your requirement.
